I am a Certified High Performance Coach through the High Performance academy with 6 years of professional experience and over 6,500 hours of coaching high-level clients. This allows me to engage intuitively and effectively to both your ambitions and obstacles. Clients I coach quickly feel connected with me and know I will ask them the hard questions that no-one else will. I will challenge them to pinnacles they have in sight and help them to gain greater self-worth, feel understood, respected, heard and supported in a way they have not experienced before.

This, combined with my own unique experience as a coach, has helped my clientele to have greater sense of value and worth, and become even more effective, confident, successful and inspiring leaders in all areas of their life.
Professionalism and Experience
Outside of my High Performance Coaching experience, I have a Masters of Science in Health Science with an emphasis in Sport Performance and Nutrition. I have nearly a decade of comprehensive background in exercise physiology, nutrition, fitness, education, and coaching. This knowledge gave me the opportunity to coach performance from the high school level to professional level in sports. My approach to goals and challenges at all levels, leads to empowering insights, strategies and lasting change. I am a passionate coach helping you to build confidence, seek out truth, develop even more self-worth, break through all types of fear, explore the realm of possibility, and discover your purpose.
